The program offers persons living with dementia, fun, inviting and memory maintaining activities at the park, while their loved ones participate in educational and support sessions to learn about Alzheimer's Disease and Related Dementias. A different topic each session. At the end of each session: Both groups come together to learn some stress management techniques.
